What to expect as a graduate


Our graduate programmes offer variety, with a mixture of college study, working towards the qualifications you need to fulfil your role and on the job training from senior members of the business so that you can put your experience into play. How much time you spend at college will be highly dependent on the qualifications you are working towards. At RSM, we offer the qualifications that allow you to fulfil any role, including the ACA and level 7 equivalent qualifications.   
 
At RSM, we give you the opportunity to earn while you learn. Every day will be different as you get started working on client projects from an early stage. You’ll be a key member of the team working on variety of projects across some exciting industries. You’ll have access to internal training including national and service line sessions to help you on your way to becoming a trusted adviser to your clients. 
 
We want you to feel part of a team from the start. Before you join us, you’ll be invited to attend events, both virtually and in person so that you can meet with members of your cohort and connect to like-minded people before your first day in the office. Audit
You’ll be working hands on with our experts to hone your skills, examining the risks, weaknesses, and overall performance of our clients – contributing to the integrity of the world of finance. As an audit graduate, you’ll study towards professional accountancy qualifications while working with clients to become a trusted business adviser.
