Audit is the largest service we provide in the UK  and we’re expanding every year. We provide comprehensive external audit services to clients of every size, from companies, private equity funds, charities, academies and pension schemes.  You will work with clients of every size, from growing entrepreneurial businesses, through to international listed PLCs

The past 14 months working in the London audit team has been a challenging but rewarding experience. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed moving from RSM’s recruitment team to the audit graduate scheme – even with the exams and revision!

Being part of a large department gives a real sense of community and you’re constantly supported by both your peers and managers. You’re given everything you need to succeed in the diverse daily work (where no week is the same!) and your studies. 

One of the best things about the audit team is its sociable nature. There are always different social activities being organised or spontaneous after work drinks, which help you feel part of the team and enjoy being in the office with all your colleagues.

Meet our Audit Leadership Team
I have spent my entire career in audit, and I am passionate about the value it brings to clients, the firm and the economy. I believe that people are the key to the success of audit and that’s how we approach recruitment, training and development.

I have been with RSM since 2002. Over the past two decades, I have progressed from manager to my current role as head of audit and member of the national leadership team.  ​​​​​​​
