I’d never worked in financial services, let alone accountancy, when I joined RSM. Predictably, my knowledge of the sector didn’t really extend beyond the Big Four. Yet RSM really stood out from the get-go. 

In contrast to the larger brands that were hard to distinguish, RSM cut to the chase by putting its people and individual personalities first. This made the proposition much more attractive and I certainly haven’t been disappointed. I’m now lucky enough to work alongside some really talented, intelligent, engaging and often inspiring people.

The management teams at RSM are really supportive. They genuinely care about our wellbeing and check in with all team members – it’s a small gesture, but shows they really value us. It helps morale, particularly at busy or challenging times.

There are brilliant progression opportunities available here, both in the outsourcing team and across RSM as a whole. It’s something I’ve experienced first-hand; I started as a senior, moved on to assistant manager and am now a manager.
