By joining our team, you will collaborate with experts who deliver tailored, client-centric solutions and a premium service through every interaction. Our graduates and school leavers begin their consulting careers in either risk and governance or finance function support, building the analytical, commercial and client-facing skills that form the foundation of a successful consulting career. There are opportunities during your training to move departments and continue to develop your experience in a different department in consulting.

Finance function support
We act as an extension of our clients’ finance teams helping to navigate the ever-evolving financial landscape. We provide innovative financial insights and optimise processes to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

From preparing accurate financial statements, for both UK businesses and those operating across differing global markets, to offering expert guidance on complex accounting issues, we help businesses meet industry standards, make informed decisions and drive business success.

Risk and governance
No business can operate without risk. We help our clients identify, assess, manage, and mitigate these risks. This drives strategic decision-making, enables growth, creates and protects value, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Our expert advice and insight help create resilient risk and governance strategies and frameworks, strengthening the organisation’s lines of defence across the key areas of organisational risk. Alongside the advisory practice, our expert teams also provide independent and robust assurance on the effectiveness of our clients’ governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Forensic
We provide global support, to help our clients manage complex issues that could harm their businesses. Our services reflect the four elements of our forensic lifecycle, delivering preventative, diagnostic, reactive and remedial solutions.

Whether it's preventing regulatory action, conducting complex reactive investigations, diagnosing where clients are most vulnerable to fraud risk or supporting clients involved in disputes, our multidisciplinary team uses cutting-edge forensic accounting techniques and advanced data analytics tools to help our clients mitigate the financial and reputational impact of the issues they face.

Deal services
We deliver personalised solutions that enable our clients to grow, realise value and transform their businesses through transactions. We advise our clients, whether they are looking to buy a business, sell a business, raise money, or list on a public market.

We guide clients through the entire lifecycle of a transaction, supporting pre-deal, during-deal and post-deal activities across advisory, diligence, data analytics, modelling, business transformation, accounting and tax. We provide tailored and insightful advice that maximises results and mitigates risk for our clients.

Restructuring
We assist clients in protecting, enhancing and realising stakeholder value during periods of change and challenging financial situations. Our restructuring team excels in providing practical advice and solutions across a wide range of diverse situations.  

We offer expert advice on working capital, balance sheet restructuring, debt refinancing, and supporting key stakeholders through the implementation of a solution, which may include an insolvency process. We ensure every step is managed with precision and care.

Exams and on-the-job training


When you join us, we’ll help you balance your professional exams and on-the-job training. 

When you join as a graduate into either risk and governance or finance function support, you'll study either:
  • CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
  • The ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW)/Chartered Accountancy qualification (CA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (ICAS)/Chartered Accountants Ireland (CA).
If you join our Digital teams you will study for relevant digital and data certifications. 


As a school leaver you'll either study for:
  • AAT qualification followed by either the CIMA or the ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW)/Chartered Accountancy qualification (CA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (ICAS)/Chartered Accountants Ireland (CA).
  • Chartered Manager Degree.
If you join our Digital teams you will study for relevant digital and data certifications.
