Industrial placements

If you’re on a sandwich degree course, join us for a 12-month placement and start building your future career.

You’ll be a key member of our team from day one and have endless support in everything you do. You’ll get to work on challenging client projects that will boost your business credentials and help you stay one step ahead. We’ll also give you all the support you need to develop your core skills, with access to in-house technical training courses and guidance from our expert mentors. 

With us, you’ll get the chance to unlock a career in business. You could even be offered the opportunity to return to our network once you’ve finished your degree.

Work Shadowing 

Join us for one or two weeks on a work shadowing placement and get your first insight into the business world. We offer paid opportunities across all our departments and UK offices.

During your time with us, you’ll discover what our teams do on a day-to-day basis, work on real-life projects, and start making your first career contacts. At the end of your placement, you’ll be in a great position to decide whether a career in business is right for you.

Internship programme

We understand that students in higher education want to gain work-related experience to build confidence and develop professional and personal skills. Our six-week paid internship programme is designed to maximise your learning and growth. 

From a national welcome event to networking opportunities with fellow interns and colleagues within RSM, you’ll be immersed in a supportive environment. There’s even the potential of completing your programme and returning to your final year of study with a graduate job offer.

In addition to honing your technical skills, RSM will also support your personal development through workshops on:
