Work shadowing

We offer a three-day work shadowing programme where students can get first-hand experience working within our service lines and see what life is like at RSM. This is a great opportunity to see what life is like at an organisation like RSM and to add valuable work experience to their CV and job applications. We run these programmes run during half-term weeks. Students can apply for this opportunity through our work experience page.

Internships and placements

If already at university, students can join us on our internship programme and 12-month placements. These can be a worthwhile way to support their career options, providing valuable work experience for their CV and an insight into different roles. You can find out more about these programmes on our work experience page.
