I joined the technology delivery team within national technology as the technology communication and change specialist. My role is to help successfully deliver key technology projects and handle the communications and engagement across the national technology team. 

I’ve had an amazing experience working across the wider business and with this team in particular, as they deliver strategic digital transformation projects to help us achieve our firm-wide digital strategy. No day, and the challenges it brings, is the same. 

The culture here is open, friendly and collaborative, which makes me feel like I can share my voice on topics I’m interested in. I’m able to offer suggestions for projects and activities, even if they’re outside the scope of my core role. Meet our digital leadership Team

I’m the Chief Digital Officer at RSM UK, with more than 25 years’ experience in IT consulting and chartered management accountant status. I joined the firm in 2012 to build and lead our technology and management consulting practice and took on the role of Chief Digital Officer in 2020. Now, I’m responsible for guiding and overseeing technology innovation and adoption for our firm and clients, as part of our national leadership team.

I’m motivated by learning new things from my colleagues and my role in the ever-changing world of technology. I don't know which technologies we'll adopt in five or 10 years, but I know we need a strategy to drive growth and profitability through new technologies. That’s what gets me out of bed in the morning

I’ve spent over 25 years delivering technology consulting and digital transformation programmes, with a special focus on ERP and data and analytics solutions. 

As data, analytics and insights partner at RSM, I deliver data and analytics consulting services and lead the firm’s data and analytics innovation programme. Thanks to my client-side experience, I know the kind of challenges organisations face when trying to make sense of their data. My team offer pragmatic solutions for reporting and analytics, which can be implemented in a way that supports the core business objectives.
